If you’re emailing the image from your iphone or smartphone please paste the image into the body of the email and select actual size button on the iphone.

Any image would need to be scanned at 300 DPI. Small images around the size of a passport photo (in good focus) should be scanned at 600 DPI.

When saving scanned images as a JPEG make sure the quality is set at either 9 or 10 or high quality. Anything below this will show artefacts in the printing.
